I just update AirTalkr to AIR 1.0. From the features and UI perspective, there is not much changes except now it is compartible with AIR 1.0 and by just doing that, it rooted some bugs away.

Why is it not out yet? Some of you asked. Well, I want to make sure the basics are here first before letting it hit the market. I am trading my sleep to get it done. So yeah, it will be out soon. Latest by this sunday. Promise. At most I don’t eat too, lol. =D
It is a pretty quiet new year for me this year as my parents went to Thailand to relax themselves and we are pretty much left to ourselves in the house (yay!!). This year is the Year of Mouse and every show on the TV is playing the “cat catch mouse” game, which basically involves a ‘judge’ telling a number of players, usually 5-6, seated in a row, the number of mouse to catch , say, 8. The players then take turns to say whether it is a catch or miss. Once 8 catch has been said, they are all suppose to stand up. Those that fail to do so are out of the game. Seems to be an easy game but if the counting is fast and when there are people ‘faking’ to stand up to confuse you, the game become fun! Try it out with your friends when you are bored, lol
Went to sentosa yesterday to try the ‘Luge’. Where you take this:
up the hill and take a small cart down the hill
Its like child play compared to Campbell’s birthday present but I guess it is alright as long as it is fun! However, I seriously warn anyone who wants to go Sentosa this few days to give some serious thought. We spend most of the day queuing and playing with handphone and psp rather than enjoying Sentosa say there are just too many people! So many that you even have to queue 20 mins just to board the tram to get to 1 point to another. Dude, Singapore is just overcrowded.

Today is my first day on Mac and I am enjoying it. This is my first Macbook Pro and I am running Tiger with it. (I will wait a while before upgrading to Leopard) . Basically, most things just works. I am happy by how applications just gets running after they got downloaded and the nice feel of everything. I will not say its ‘better’ than windows but I believe its a whole new experience all together. The first thing I installed is Firefox (cannot live without it) and then Parallels followed by Flex Builder. I have not been exploring the rest much. Since this is my first time on Mac, I wanna ask if you Flex gurus got any advice on any must have apps to install, in particular:
1) Any way to sync my outlook contacts with Address Book?
2) Any way to move my outlook mail to Mail?
3) Do you guys actually use Mail or Thunderbird ?
and also, maybe I did not get it, but whats so special about iWeb when you can everything in Wordpress ? =)
